"John Stebbing Architects Ltd have been working with Steve Hinsley since 2017 and in that time, we have found him to be highly proficient in planning law and technical policy matters, as well as being an extremely effective and tenacious negotiator. Through his years of practice Steve has clearly become well connected and, when required, he can call upon even more specialist and legal expertise during public enquiries and social housing viability negotiations. In the dull world of planning, Steve has continued to surprise us with his can-do attitude and successful outcomes!"
